Info: We will begin by setting the tone for the day with a grounding breathwork practice and womb connection meditation. This will allow you to soften into your body and cultivate presence before diving into the teachings. You will be guided to set your personal intention for the training and share in a circle of connection with other women.
Info: In this session, you will learn what a yoni egg is, its history, and how it works both physically and energetically. We will explore the science behind yoni eggs, including their benefits for pelvic floor health, circulation, and nervous system regulation. We will also discuss the energetic properties of different crystal eggs, including Jade, Rose Quartz, and Obsidian, so you can understand how to choose the right egg for your practice.
Info: Before using a yoni egg, it is important to prepare both your body and your egg. You will learn how to cleanse and activate your yoni egg physically and energetically, set sacred space for your practice, and tune into your womb’s wisdom to determine when you are ready to work with an egg.
Info: Enjoy a one-hour lunch break to nourish yourself and integrate the teachings from the morning. This is also a great time to connect with others, reflect, or rest before moving into deeper embodiment work in the afternoon.
Info: In this session, you will be introduced to yoni dearmoring, a practice that helps release stored trauma, tension, and emotional blockages from the vaginal walls. We will explore how trauma manifests in the yoni and learn breathwork, sound, and movement techniques to gently open, soften, and clear stagnant energy. You will be guided through a step-by-step dearmoring practice (without insertion) to begin building awareness of where your body holds tension and how to release it.
Info: During this portion of the training, you will have the opportunity to insert your yoni egg in a private setting before returning to the group for a guided self-honoring practice. Once everyone has returned, we will move into an embodied connection practice where you will be gently guided to breathe, move, and awaken sensation within your womb and yoni.
Through breath, sound, and mindful movement, you will begin to listen to the wisdom of your body and cultivate a deeper connection with your egg. This practice is designed to help you soften into presence, release tension, and open to deeper awareness and pleasure.
For those who do not feel ready to insert, you will still be guided through a sensory womb meditation to attune to your body and connect with your sacred space. This is a personal journey, and you are invited to move at your own pace, honoring whatever feels right for you.
Info: For those who wish to guide others in yoni egg work, this session will teach you how to hold safe, trauma-informed spaces and support clients in connecting with their own bodies and wisdom. You will learn how to guide a beginner through their first yoni egg practice, how to work with clients experiencing numbness or trauma, and how to integrate yoni egg work into other healing modalities.
Info: This will be an open space to ask questions, share your experiences, and receive deeper guidance on anything covered in the training. We will discuss next steps for integrating this work into your daily life and practice.
Info: If you feel called to do so, you will have the opportunity to remove your yoni egg in a private setting at this time. This allows space to tune in, honor your experience, and gently release the energy that has been activated during our practice.
Once you return, we will move into a grounding practice to integrate your journey, allowing your body and nervous system to settle. You are welcome to journal, rest, or simply be present as you reflect on your experience.
Info: We will close the training with a womb blessing meditation to honor your journey and the wisdom of your body. You will receive your Yoni Egg Awakening Practitioner Certification and take home 3 GIA-certified yoni eggs to continue your sacred practice.
