Visit Bloomington Sleepers Tuesday Songwriter Night

Brandi Hart, former frontwoman of The Bee-Liners, brings her acclaimed voice to our stage on 6/10/25! With 23 weeks at No. 1 on bluegrass charts and a Roots Music Report Bluegrass Artist of the Year title, her storytelling and sound are unforgettable. Joining Brandi will be Marc Haggerty. Based in Bloomington, Indiana, Marc Haggerty is a multifaceted artist—musician, activist, and trapeze performer. A Vietnam veteran and Purple Heart recipient, Haggerty has been a stalwart in the local arts scene, co-founding the Bloomington Circus and the Bloomington Songwriters Showcase. His collaborations, such as with Travis Puntarelli, showcase his commitment to community and storytelling through music. Rounding out the evening will be The Circle City Bandit. Indianapolis native Will Smeltzer, known as The Circle City Bandit, is a folk-Americana troubadour who channels personal experiences into his music. His debut album, Dragging the Horse (2021), delves into themes of addiction and resilience, offering listeners a raw and therapeutic journey. His self-titled sophomore album (2024) continues this introspective exploration, blending storytelling with a rich tapestry of sounds.
