The new moon is a time to rest, reflect, and set intentions for the upcoming lunar cycle. The June new moon in the zodiac sign of Cancer invites us to nurture our emotional lives.

This circle will begin with a guided meditation on loving your inner child. Then we will melt into a softening Yin yoga practice. After Yin, you will have time to journal and reflect. We will end with an invitation to share one-on-one and with the group (sharing is always optional).

Come as you are.
Rest in community.
Leave with a full cup.
This is an all-gender circle, no yoga experience needed! Just curiosity and a willingness to look within.

Presented by Morgan Thames and Sarah Landis:

Morgan and Sarah’s collaborative spaceholding journey began when they co-facilitated the Forward We Grow Personal Legend retreat in Costa Rica in January 2018. This path led them both to complete their 200 hour yoga teacher training with the Nourishing Heart Yoga School.

Sarah and Morgan bring a wealth of experience in circle facilitation, creating environments where participants can deepen their connection with themselves, the natural world, and others. Together, Morgan and Sarah aim to inspire lasting transformation and growth in every participant.
