Hatch Chiles Celebration

Hatch Chiles are coming! We're celebrating the all-too-brief season of these very special peppers — bins of fresh ones (medium or hot) plus an array of hatch chile salsas, dips, cheese, and seasonings. PLUS... (drumroll, please) our Deli team has created a special Hatch Chile Enchilada SOUP that'll be on the hot bar Tuesday and Saturday!

Curious how hot is 'hot' for a Hatch chile? Mediums are 100-2500 on the Skoville Scale (roughly poblano to mild jalapeño) and the hot ones are 5000-8000 (think the hotter end of a jalapeño)
