Back to School Physicals and Immunizations
Alongside, Chestnut Health Systems and the McLean County Health Department, we will be offering this event to help students get their required physical and vaccines for the upcoming school year. Other organizations that will be in attendance include the Tinervin Family Foundation and the United Way of McLean County.
