The Nourishing Heart 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training is for yoga teachers who have completed a 200 hour program and who wish to expand their yoga education, knowledge and skill in multiple disciplines. We also welcome any student who wishes to deepen in their own personal exploration of yoga without the intent to teach.

This diverse and comprehensive program provides specialized tools for professional growth and personal transformation, while working with esteemed mentors and like-minded colleagues in a non-dogmatic, inspirational environment.

The Advanced program focuses on developing and refining the primary elements of excellent yoga teaching. The “advanced” quality is not so much about learning advanced variations of asanas. Rather, it refers to the depth of understanding we embody regarding how we live and teach the practices of yoga.

You will develop a broader set of skills and insights into your own ongoing personal growth and development as a conscious, compassionate human being and teacher.
