Summertime Sound Bath with LaMor

Join LaMor for our Summertime Sound Bath. Come out of the heat and cool off by being "bathed" in relaxing sounds of crystal and copper bowls, chimes, shruti, and guided meditation. Sound baths are based on an ancient practice of using sound waves produced by various instruments (chosen for their unique frequencies) to alleviate stress, calm the nervous system, promote a deep meditative experience, and induce mental and physical relaxation. This is a passive practice done lying down or seated. Mats and bolsters or chairs are provided. Please bring a blanket or light wrap and socks for temperature comfort.
