TAO DOG® Yoga Class for You & Your Dog

During this in-person dog yoga class, you will practice yoga while your dog learns to relax with you. The group dynamic adds an element of distraction for training, shared connection, humor and a safe environment for you to work with your dog. We will move through an interactive flow practice for us and our dogs, teaching our dogs their own yoga poses. As we close our practice, we will move through a series of calm touch exercises to build trust with your dog and strengthen your relationship.

Each class is unique and offers a new experience for you and your dog. TAO DOG® Yoga is a fun way to train your dog, while you benefit from the breathing, stretching and strengthening of a yoga practice.
