Paddle Board Yoga & Sound Healing

Whether you’re a seasoned paddler or just beginning, this event is all about embracing being on the water, enjoying a yoga practice & the healing of sound. There is something so special about summer time, being surrounded by nature and the calming movement of the water.

We will begin together at the shore, paddle to our destination, move through a gentle flow on our paddle boards, then shift into meditation and sound healing at the end of our practice. Our experience is designed to support your physical, mental and emotional being, allowing you to recharge and feel more grounded.

While we love to include our dogs in many of our adventures, this is a human only event. This is a Bring Your Own Gear (BYOG) event. You will need a paddle board, paddle, life jacket and anchor.
