BTR - Friday Knock-Off!

Our Monthly "Friday Knock-off" is a chance to get a last little shakout in for the week in a conversational pace hour-long run with the BTR team.

The basics:
- Usually an 8-10km run - Full Course (short course option always available on request).
- Average of 50m of elevation, this one's flat and the pace is dictated by the turnout on the day.
- All abilities welcome, but if in doubt, please hit up one of the hosts below.
- Always finishes with a beer at the ned and has been know to have a midway beer on occasion too

P.s. Make sure you bring a headlamp in the winter months!
