Hey everyone! I'm hosting a "king of the beach" doubles tournament. I learned this "SOB Format" from when I played a tournament in Mexico this past January (see far below for an explanation on format.)
I will be taking 24 people with a waitlist (or 36 players if there's a demand for it) as you will sign up as an individual in this tournament, all games will be played with doubles lines in the sand and timed (10 or 12 mins pending number of people.) Playoff Format TBD based on time. $30 per player.

"SOB" Format:
I will randomly assign 4 players to a group, these 4 will play doubles with AND against each other for 3 games in the first round. For example Players 1&2 vs Players 3&4, then Players 1&4 vs Players 2&3, and finally Players 1&3 vs Players 2&4.
For Round 2, Players will be divided up into Gold, Silver, and Bronze Tiers with a new set of 4 people based on how they finished in the first round on their wins and point dif. with the same process repeating as the first round.
For the Final Round, top 4 from each tier will play in playoffs and everyone else will be once again randomly assigned to a new group of 4.

-Total Points Scored
-Coin Flip/RPS
For Finals

-Point Diff.
*8 Point Tie Breaker Match* (For 1st place only)
