Bake Sale and Family Travelthon at Backwater Reservoir.
Sunday 21st September at 2pm, to raise funds for the children of Isla Primary School.
Meet at the main car park at 2pm, children can choose to travel in any way they wish to - walking, cycling, running, scooting, being pushed in a buggy - you name it! There'll be 3 distances to choose from depending on age and ability. Parents can join in too. Everyone welcome whether you attend Isla Primary or not.
At the same time we will host a bake sale on the car park for passers by, and those taking part in the Travelthon.
Last years event was fantastic! The kids and families had a brilliant time, the cakes and home baking were delicious, and most importantly we raised a great amount for the school to put towards trips and play equipment. Home bakers welcome, please bring your baking to the gazebo just before 2pm.
