This is a time to rest in the deep dark winter of your inner landscape - your dreaming field. Guided by one of the UK’s leading innerdance trainers and facilitators , the session blends curated sounds, energy, therapeutic touch, and a confidential space for integration through drawing, writing, and verbal sharing.
