Join Jordan for an evening of balance and harmony. ✨ In this special workshop, we’ll blend two styles of yoga into one nourishing experience—creating alignment through your physical, mental, and spiritual self. 🌿
☀️ Yang – The masculine energetic side of you.
We'll activate this side through a flowing Vinyasa sequence. Expect to salute the sun, sync breath to movement, and build some inner fire 🔥. Yang energy is all about heat, power, and dynamic movement—think Vinyasa, Hot 60, Sculpt. This will be an all-levels flow—AKA, ALL are welcome! 🙌
🌙 Yin – The feminine energetic side of you.
We’ll cool things down with a grounding Yin sequence. Yin is ruled by the moon and emphasizes stillness, surrender, and softening. It’s about receiving, restoring, and simply being. 🌌 Think Gentle yoga, Restorative, deep stretches, and sweet stillness.
Together, we’ll explore the fusion of these two energetic practices, leaving you feeling balanced, whole, and deeply connected. ☯️
To close the evening, we’ll drop into a cozy savasana as Jordan plays her crystal sound bowls to share calming, healing frequencies with everyone in the space. 🎵💫
