You’ll rest in a cozy space while crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments surround you in soothing vibrations. Each crystal bowl is made of pure quartz and tuned to specific frequencies that resonate with different energy centers (chakras) in the body. As these tones fill the space, they help shift brainwaves into a deeply relaxed, meditative state—calming your nervous system and restoring balance from the inside out.
