From there, you’ll be gently supported in the hammock while I play sound bowls, allowing waves of vibration to melt tension, clear energy, and invite deep rest. This is your space to just be—no effort, no expectations.

Wear cozy clothes - no zippers. Bring a blanket if you choose and wear socks.
