Yoga & Hike - Ft. Lincoln State Park

Join Keri, Lindsey and Tiffany at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park Horse Camp at 9:30 a.m. C.T. for a morning of movement. Lindsey will kick off the day with a Slow Flow yoga class, followed by a hike, and ending with a MediYin with Sound Bath with Keri and Tiffany. The fun day will end with coffee at the Commissary Building. You will need to pay your daily Vehicle Entrance Fee of $7 (or have your annual vehicle entrance permit.)

9:30 AM Slow Flow
10:15 AM Hike
11:00 AM MediYin with Sound Bath
12:00 p.m. Coffee
