A dish consisting of a soft, steamed bun filled with braised pork belly, pickled mustard greens, cilantro, and crushed peanuts. The name "gua bao" is rooted in tradition and resembles a wallet, with the peanuts symbolizing money, bringing good fortune for the coming year.
