Course Content:• Salmon Wellington – Learn how to wrap and bake a juicy salmon fillet with garlic butter spinach and herbed cream cheese, encased in golden puff pastry (ready-made for ease).
• Warm Roasted Salad – A hearty side of asparagus, brussels sprouts and baby potatoes, finished with a simple mustard vinaigrette.
• Roasted Pumpkin Soup – A creamy, flavour-packed soup made from roasted pumpkin, perfect as a starter.
