The Son of a Butcher 4th Anniversary Party

Son of a B…utcher we cannot believe we’re already celebrating our FOURTH Anniversary! The Son of a Butcher was created in 2021 as a result of COVID (maybe one of the only positive outcomes?)! Our parent company, @evansmeatsandseafood, provides restaurants with top-notch service and high-quality, unique products. By the middle of March 2020, their sales had dropped by seventy percent due to many restaurants having to close their doors. While they were sitting with a warehouse full of fresh meats and seafood, they realized that we had to get creative to move fresh products. They pulled together as a team to offer curbside sales out of the back of delivery trucks. It was a total hit, and we quickly discovered that people wanted the same products that the area’s top restaurants were using. Thus, The Son of a Butcher was born!

We are proud to have served Birmingham with the same high-quality meats, seafood, cheeses, and specialty products for over four years now. From sammies, butcher boxes, events, holidays, and everything in between, you’ve supported us through it all!
