Sunday Supper Club feat. Chefs Zack Wiley and Danny Ray Winter

Zack Wiley and Danny Ray Winter bring decades of culinary and hospitality experience to the table, rooted in a shared love for food, community, and creativity. Zack, who grew up in Brazil, has worked in food and beverage for over 20 years and currently manages Red Bike Coffee in Crestwood. His passion for flavor and service shines through everything from family meals to menu development, and he also serves as Vice President of Birmingham Red Dress Charities, supporting local causes across the city. Danny, a Baton Rouge native, grew up cooking alongside his mother and grandmother, eventually making his way to Birmingham through the restaurant world. After years in both corporate and independent kitchens, he became the owner of Crestwood Coffee in 2010 and later opened Buck Mulligans and Brennan’s Irish Pub. Today, he and Zack co-own Red Bike Coffee Roasters, the Crestwood café, and Kitchen Station, a commissary kitchen in Irondale. Danny also runs a conference and event space in Liberty Park, offering catering, retreats, and private chef services. When not in the kitchen, he can be found in the woods or garden, exploring the flavors of nature.
