Peace Within, Earth Beneath: A Weekend Retreat to Connect with the Earth and Deepen Inner Stillness

Please join us for a two-day retreat focused on deep relaxation and reconnecting with the natural world. Through practices such as forest bathing, mindful walking, sitting meditation, mindful eating, and yoga nidra, we’ll explore what it means to be in harmony with the earth and at peace within ourselves.
