Eight-week courses, start week commencing 20.05.25 & 23.09.25. Since 2009, these local classes have helped thousands reduce stress, find calm & reconnect positively with life. Now in 2025, it’s your turn.
What’s included: Two guided practices, teaching, group reflection, weekly WhatsApp/email resources and a term retreat in Birmingham on 14.06.25 or 19.10.25. Time: 7:30–8:30 PM each week.
No special clothing or experience needed. A friendly atmosphere, seating on chairs in peaceful venues all with onsite/nearby parking.
