Grow and Play, Sunnybank

Join us on Tuesday mornings during term time for outdoor nature adventures.
We explore the seasons on nature walks around the allotments looking for seasonal treasures such as birds, insects, trees, worms, snails and spiders, wild flowers, leaves, animal footprints as well as admire all the fruit and vegetables that plot holders are growing. There is a micro orchard on site, honey bee hives and a beautiful wooden hut where some weeks we will stop for nature crafts. Pushchair and wheelchair friendly. Toilets on site.
We will meet at the pedestrian entrance to the allotments on Sunny Bank Road. Meet at 9:55 for a 10am start. Sessions are mostly outdoors, so all attendees must be dressed for the days weather.
