Birmingham Hub Session

Our July Hub Session will take place this Thursday, July 10th from 5:30 to 7:30pm at Baptist Church of the Covenant located at 2117 University Blvd Birmingham, AL 35233. Pastor Erica Cooper will bring our Faith Reflection. Dinner will be served at 5:30pm and the meeting will begin promptly at six. The discussion topics include campaign updates, The People’s Agenda, and a briefing around our July 31st Action. There we will explore the Hospital-linked Violence Intervention Program implemented by the Jefferson County Department of Health, UAB Hospital, the Offender Alumni Association. The City of Birmingham is one of the funders of this program. Additionally, Mrs. Kathy Boswell of the Alabama Humanities Alliance will talk with us about Healing History.
