Join Burdock for a community conversation with author Rahim Thawer about his book: The Mental Health Guide for Cis and Trans Queer Guys. The book explores social determinants affecting mental health outcomes for queer men and provides therapeutic tools such as cognitive-behavioural techniques, Gestalt role-play, and psychodynamic inquiry to foster resilience.
