Welly Wednesday is your midweek permission slip to shake off the mud of life and remember how good it feels to play.
It’s a 90-minute group class filled with movement, art, laughter, breath, creativity, and connection—blending everything from neurosomatics and hypnotherapy to dance and doodles.

It’s for grown-ups who are tired of just coping and ready to feel a little more alive.

No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just come as you are—messy, tired, joyful, curious—and we’ll meet you there.
