If your little yogi has broken up for the Summer Hols already and is looking for a morning of mindful movement and craft, come join me on Monday 14th July at @no.1parkgate 10-12. Grown ups can enjoy a free hot drink at drop off. You can stay and get some work done in the cafe downstairs or enjoy a lovely walk along the front at Parkgate.
