CALM MIND HAPPY HEART a transition workshop for starting high school
We (Julie and Clare) are Yoga Elders with many many years of experience working with Young people and have a passion for empowering and sharing skills that will help now and in many different situations.
Using our experience having previously been secondary school teachers for over 30years collectively as well as our many years of experience and knowledge in Yoga Therapy we will help your young person to start their new adventure off with a valuable bag of tricks & techniques to help transition from primary to secondary.
Building resilience and bounce-back-ability with Yoga, Breathwork & Relaxation. Helping to build a positive mindset in a fun and friendly environment.
The workshop is taking place on Wednesday 27th August 2-4.30pm @calm village_ Irby the cost will be £20
