Mum & Daughter Retreat/Seasonal Moon Circles:
A positive & empowering retreat to learn, celebrate and connect as your daughter develops towards or into their menstrual cycle.
The circles will be a safe and nurturing space where we will share in circle, practise Yoga, Sound, Breathwork & Nidra.
We will take part in journaling or craft activities whilst exploring the seasonal and moon cycles as well as learning about our own menstrual cycles with connection and fun. This learning can help us during our life stages/rites of passage such as menarche (first bleed), pregnancy, postnatal & peri/menopause. They are designed to help empower and celebrate these transformative rites of passage as the super powers they are.
Let’s change the narrative together for our daughters and their daughters to come. We are so so excited to be able to offer this very special circle to you and we really hope you can join us in rewriting the narrative, healing our wounds and empowering the next generation.
Mum & Daughter Seasonal Cycle Circles are for anyone who is wanting to live more cyclically and celebrate positive periods, not just for Mothers & Daughters (aunts, nans, cousins, nieces) it is for both child & adult to attend together, recommended age is 9 years and older.

You will receive a welcome email before the circle letting you both know more information and some pre tasks.
Mum & Daughter Seasonal Cycle Circles are beautiful 2hr gatherings meeting seasonally on:
Spring Waxing Moon- May 3rd - 1-3pm
Summer Full Moon - July 12th - 1-3pm & 6th September 1-3pm
Autumn Waning Moon- October 4th - 1-3pm
Winter New Moon- January 24th - 1-3pm
The cost is £25 per couple.
