Bookings are now open for Pregnancy Yoga for January and February. Three classes to choose from Wednesday 7.30pm, Thursday 6.30pm or Friday 11.30am all are in my beautiful purpose built studio @calmvillage_ with log burner, free parking and all equipment supplied.
