We explore how controlled and flowing Pilates movements encourage the feeling of more space in your spine and mobilisation across all joints. The classes help improve your posture, flexibility, stamina and blood flow. We use props like stretch bands, foam rollers, overballs and weights to add extra challenge and variety to exercises.
