✨ Imbolc Healing Circle ✨
Imbolc marks the turning of the Wheel of the Year — a sacred threshold where the light begins to return and the first seeds of new beginnings are gently awakened. It is a time of renewal, purification, and inner preparation, inviting us to release the heaviness of winter and reconnect with our inner flame.
This healing circle is a space to pause, reset, and realign. You don’t need to have everything figured out — Imbolc asks only that you become open to what wants to emerge, creating space for clarity, healing, and intention as we move forward into the year.

✨ Work with breathwork to calm and regulate the nervous system
✨ Use mantra to help clear obstacles
✨ Meditate to receive guidance and inner insight
✨ Journal for reflection and clarity
✨ Set intentions aligned with what you wish to grow
✨ Release and remove limiting beliefs that no longer serve you
✨ Receive energy healing and sound healing for deep integration
This circle is open to men and women and welcomes you exactly as you are — whether you’re feeling clear, uncertain, tired, hopeful, or simply called to be there.
