Please join us in an environment of inner focus, skilled guidance, and mindful stretching!

These will be ALL-LEVELS classes so please do not hesitate to join us if you are a beginner; this is a place for learning, enjoying, releasing and acceptance.

Poses and movements can be adapted for your personal needs in small group classes like this, working around injuries, overused joints, etc. Share your needs with me when you arrive!

Yoga allows us to access thousands of creative expressions through our bodies, along with that, emotional and hormonal balancing, deeper connection to our intentions, and motivations to continue within our passions and community with support!

Cassie will hold 6 classes to see if there is continued interest;
