Artist Statement:
I’ve never really approached photography with a clear plan or specific intention. Looking through my photos, I realized that the subjects of my photography, which I was drawn to in particular, are often going through something. They look tired, lost, or quietly in pain. Artist Bio:
Alex is a hobbyist photographer from Queens, New York, with over a decade of experience behind the camera. Her work primarily focuses on portraiture and street photography, inspired by the vibrant energy and diversity of New York City. With over 8 million people in one place, she’s fascinated by the idea that each individual has a unique story, and she aims to capture just a glimpse of that through her lens.
