Women's Wellbeing Day

Coming to the Hall on Sat 27 September - a beautiful one-day Women's Wellbeing retreat. A chance to relax, reflect, talk and take some gentle exercise with our experienced wellbeing coaches, Helen and Jo. Refreshments and a delicious healthy lunch will be provided to keep you energised and hydrated. The cost of the day is £50. Details are on the poster below including the booking link.
