Indoor spooky Halloween in hand groundwork clinic 👻🎃

Using horsemanship techniques learn the fundamentals of groundwork for all horses, whatever the discipline, and put these into practice on some fun obstacles with a spook-busting theme!

Gain better control of your horse on the ground and have some fun whilst doing it!
This clinic is great for people wanting an introduction to horsemanship techniques, getting young horses out and about, horses who are “bolshy” or “spooky”, or for those who just want to have a bit of fun with their horse on the ground. It will include exploring various groundwork techniques, introducing your horse to new obstacles and a mini competition at the end.

Mary Chick is qualified in intelligent horsemanship and uses an understanding of horse and human psychology to work quietly with both the horse and owner. Mary believes in using techniques from a range of disciplines and strongly believes science and practical techniques go hand in hand to create good horsemanship. She has a particular focus on teaching both horse and rider to work with softness and co-operation.

Open to all. £25 for members, and £30 for non-members. Maximum of 4 per group for an hour session. Handlers must wear a riding hat, and horses be in a head collar with lunge line. To be held in the indoor school at Brinsbury.
