Relax with breathwork and meditation

Life is or can be hectic and stressful, relax for an hour enjoying a breathwork session followed up with a trance meditation to assist you with your upcoming week! I will be facilitating different sessions almost every Sunday designed to help you with your weekly challenges. Space is limited to 5 participants so please RSVP to , cost for this session is $20 per person. Location 1925 Grand Ave Suite 110. Please ring bell and I will greet you.
