Ready to make the most of your sourdough discard? Join this hands-on workshop where we’ll explore creative and delicious ways to use sourdough discard, from tortillas to tasty treats!
In this interactive class, you’ll:
*Mix up a fresh batch of sourdough cookies using your own discard or my sourdough discard. You will go home with cut out cookies ready to either bake or let rest to cook later.
*Take home frosting and dye free sprinkles to decorate your cookies once you bake them
*Sample at least two of my favorite back to school style discard-based baked snacks.
*Get answers to all your sourdough discard questions.
We’ll also cover:
*The differences between active starter and discard.*Pros and cons of discard recipes and tips for maximizing their *health benefits.

Workshop cost: $55 covers the workshop, ingredients to make cookies during the workshop, a tube of frosting to decorate cookies at home, dye free sprinkles for decorating cookies at home, a pdf sourdough discard guide that includes all my favorite discard recipes and a $5 credit towards the drink of your choice.
Please bring: A bowl and spoon to mix up your Cookie Dough in, a rolling pin for rolling out your cookies and apron if you would like to wear one.
