Lily will guide us into a state of calmness and clarity. As she plays the crystal singing bowls they produce specific frequencies that target the body’s energy centers; providing ease, and unblocking the stuck energy within the body.

This opportunity to loosen and relax will allow the body to re-establish balance and harmony at a vibrational and energetic level. For when the body and mind are given space to drop into peace, cellular regeneration begins to take place. Wilhelmina Goldberg grew up with an unexplainable relationship with sound. At a young age, she realized how sound can change the way the mind and body feel. After learning about the power of sound healing, Wilhelmina fell in love with not only healing herself directly through vibrations but the idea of also healing others. She bought her first sound bowl in 2020. Since then she has traveled all over the East Coast, Montana, and Wyoming hosting sound baths. The gift of sharing the divine power of frequencies and meditation with hundreds of people brings her so much joy and gratitude. She looks forward to guiding you in a deep meditation and closing the night with reflective conversation.
