🍺 Lupulin Brewing Kölsch Service 🍺

Originating in Cologne, Germany, it has made its way to little ol' Big Lake, MN! In Cologne, restaurants serve Kölsch in 0.2-liter (approx. 7-ounce) glasses called stanges. Köbes (the servers) come around to the tables and replace an empty glass with a full one so that the beer drinker can continue enjoying their beer without interruption and always have a fresh, cold glass of Kölsch.

You can enjoy Kölsch Service with us on Sundays from 12-6 PM. There are two options for our Kölsch Service, unlimited or traditional, you choose the option you would like and place your order at the bar, take your stange of Kölsch and your deckel (coaster), then go have a seat and enjoy!

🍺Traditional - $10
1 Kölsch glass (to take home)
1 free fill
Additional fills are $3 each - beertenders will track these on your deckel

Our beertenders will carry a kranz (special Kölsch Service serving tray), and replace your empties until you place your deckel, on the top of your glass. Once you have finished, you can head up to the bar to close out your Kölsch Service
