Try Stand Up Paddle Boarding with Biddeford Recreation!
Join us for a Beginner Stand Up Paddle Board Lesson at the Rotary Park swim area!
Taught by a Registered Maine Guide, this fun and beginner-friendly class will teach you the basics—no experience needed! We’ll cover everything from balance to paddling technique, and yes… you will get a little wet! 🌊
