Gentle to Moderate Yoga at the Biddeford Pool Community Center

Summer Yoga at BPCC with Mindy resumes on Wednesdays 930a-1030a starting July 9th 2025 (no class July 30th)

This Gentle to Moderate Hatha yoga class is open to All Levels including beginners. Variations will be offered to invite accessibility and participants are welcome to adapt the postures at any time for any reason. Class will include mindfulness, breath awareness/guidance practices and physical postures and relaxation.
Advanced sign up is encouraged as space is limited. Walk in registrations will be welcome on a space available basis. Online sign up is available up to 30 minutes prior to the start of class.
A portion of the proceeds benefit the Biddeford Pool Community Club.
Cost: $20 per class or purchase a discount class pass-expiration dates apply.
Please bring your own mat or beach towel to practice on and any additional props you may want. limited mats and props available
