Fitness Garage, in collaboration with Decathlon, is hosting a serene and energizing outdoor yoga session on International Yoga Day. Led by internationally renowned yoga instructor Kranti Kumar, this free workshop is open to all and focuses on reconnecting with breath, body, and mind. The Fitness Garage team will also be present to guide participants on nutrition, workouts, and overall wellness.
