Mindful Movers is back!

If you loved Nature Babies and want something for your ‘on the move’ baby this is for you 💚 If you love being outdoors and want this for your baby come and join the mindful movers circle.

Mindful Movers is for your baby if they’re rolling, crawling or cruising, starting to take their first steps. We explore sensory play outdoors, supporting their development in the natural world.

Mindful Movers is as much about you and your connection with your little one! Each session has themed mindful moments, supporting your wellbeing as well as invitations for connection and play with your baby.

Small, supportive groups where you can feel heard, be yourself and get a bit of time out from the busy.

Designed to be trauma informed and neuro-affirming. Come as you are always.

This is an outdoor group, we will sit, walk and play outside in the trees. We do have indoor spaces to keep warm and dry if we need them.
