July 31st. Social Boating Night for Members & Their Invited Guests

On Thursday evenings we plan to meet at the RDCC waterfront for informal social boating nights. Sailing, paddling and watch the sunset!

Thursday Social paddling and sailing is weather dependent and should be considered “Free style” meaning not necessarily lead by the paddling or boating chairs. New members should contact those listed below as necessary for explanation and assistance with paddling and sailing questions and help.

We encourage our members to assist those less experienced in accessing the water and to share your love for sailing and paddling.

Newer members, we hope that this helps you develop a love of boating and to learn more about our club.

NOTE: Thursday Social Boating includes Small Boat Racing - 6pm - Looking for a little friendly competition? Are you a novice sailor and want to learn how to race? A few of our seasoned sailors will be on-hand to literally "show you the ropes"! Feel free to rig a club Sunfish and join in the action. 6PM we will discuss the course, then 6:30 we sound off the starting horn!
Not racing...come down to the waterfront to see the action!
