Heritage Friend Event with The Trustees at Long Hill

Join Essex Heritage for a Heritage Friend Event at Long Hill in Beverly, hosted in partnership with The Trustees. Explore the Sedgwick estate, featuring a Federal-style house and enchanting gardens in peak season designed by Mabel Cabot Sedgwick and Marjorie Russell Sedgwick. Stroll through the diverse plantings and hear about the estate's rich history from Pilar Garro, Director of the Long Hill Portfolio. This event offers a unique opportunity to experience one of the North Shore's most beautiful properties while enjoying some light refreshments.

Guests who arrive by 5:45 pm will be taken through the house for a brief first-floor tour, refreshments will be available under the tent in the garden.

This event is open to Essex Heritage members FREE of charge but registration is required. Space is limited. Non-member registration is $5.00 per person. Light refreshments will be provided.

Parking Note: There are 3 ADA accessible parking spaces close to the house. We ask that those who can walk a short distance please use the parking lot which is three quarters of the way up the hill.
