First Fridays with Kate Silva

Join me, Kate Silva, for connection, community, Breath and a whole lot of fun! Let’s play! I’m craving a way to share my weekend kick off with others in a mindful and fulfilling way! Wine use to be my go-to but this AF girl is seeking something less intoxicating and more invigorating! So I’m gathering my friends (that’s YOU!), putting out the tea, turning the music up, and inviting you to see how much fun we have connecting with self and others! Community time starts at 6! Breath Workshop circles at 630 for two hours! Light snacks, Kombucha, and tea will be offered post workshop for some more connection and fun! I promise you’ll leave feeling seen, loved, and ready for the rest of your weekend! Suggestions: Come cozy if that feels good for you Bring a journal, warm socks, and your favorite tea (if you’re particular-I always carry mine with me!) Let your loved ones know you’ll be occupied for a few hours-you deserve me time!
