Hanky Panky CDMX Pops Up at Fairmont Century Plaza for Two Nights Only

This May Fairmont Century Plaza welcomes Hanky Panky the acclaimed Mexico City speakeasy ranked among North America’s 50 Best Bars for a limited two-night pop-up at The Bar Century Plaza.

The experience takes place on Thursday May 8 from 8:30–11:30 PM and Friday May 9 from 5:30–8:30 PM and will be led by celebrated bar manager Gina Barbachano—a 2023 Spirited Awards Top 4 nominee for International Bartender of the Year. Known for her innovative globally inspired approach to cocktails Barbachano and her team will present a menu of four signature drinks each inspired by a different destination around the world.

Set against the backdrop of one of L.A.’s most iconic hotels this exclusive event brings the spirit and creativity of Mexico City’s cocktail scene straight to the heart of Century City.
