About the event
Join Sucram Yoga for a 90-minute guided conscious breathwork session, combining gentle somatic movement to support deep nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied self-awareness.
Held in a group setting with a maximum 10 participants, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space for inner exploration.
What to Expect:
Somatic Movement - 25 mins
We begin with intuitive, floor-based movement to unwind stored tension, awaken introspection - inner body sensing, and ground you in your body. These simple yet profound movements soften the nervous system and create a safe internal space for breathwork.
Guided Breathwork - 45 mins
You’ll be guided through a rhythmic conscious breathing practice designed to access expanded states of awareness, emotional processing, and inner clarity. The breath becomes a bridge between mind and body, conscious and unconscious.
Integration & Rest - 20 mins
After the active breathwork, we transition into stillness.
You'll be guided through grounding practices, rest, and optional journaling or sharing to help integrate your experience.
Who is it for & why should i book a place.
These sessions are suitable for both beginners and experienced breathers.
It’s ideal for those seeking:
• Emotional release
• Somatic healing and trauma-sensitive embodiment
• Nervous system support, burnout, anxiety, overwhelm
• A deeper connection to inner wisdom and intuition
Breathwork can be a powerful tool & here are some of the main reasons why people practice breathwork...
Mental Health Benefits
Reduces Stress & Anxiety
Breathwork can lower cortisol levels and calm the nervous system, helping you feel more grounded and less reactive.
Improves Emotional Regulation
Conscious breathing activates the parasympathetic nervous system - "rest and digest" making it easier to manage emotions.
Boosts Mental Clarity
Increased oxygen flow to the brain can help with focus, creativity, and decision-making.
Physical Health Benefits
Enhances Lung Capacity & Oxygen Efficiency
Breathwork trains your lungs and diaphragm, leading to more efficient breathing over time.
Balances the Nervous System
Different techniques can either energise or relax you, depending on your needs.
Supports Detoxification
Deep breathing can help move lymph and promote detoxification through better oxygen exchange and circulation.
Spiritual & Personal Growth
Increases Self-Awareness
Breathwork can bring suppressed emotions or patterns to the surface for healing.
Deepens Meditation
Many people use breathwork to enter meditative or even altered states of consciousness.
Connects Body & Mind
Conscious breathing helps you feel more embodied and present.
